FALL DANCE REGISTRATION IS SCHEDULED FOR
SATURDAY, SEPT. 11TH, 2010

MATERIALS HAVE BEEN MAILED !!!

  * Be sure to bring registration form with you filled out the best   you can. 

   * Daddies and Dancers will have a separate table for registration this year.

   * Dancers 10 years and older may sign up to be a helper for the younger dance classes.  There will be a meeting at 1:00 p.m. (after registration) on Saturday, Sept. 11th and a parent will need to be present with child.  Ms. Cindy and Ms. Carie will conduct the meeting.

   * Dance apparel such as Ballet shoes, Tap shoes, Leotards and Tights will be available for purchase along with some used items day of registration and through the year.

 IMPORTANT NOTES

Registration Info:
  *Will be held in the Municipal Building
   Gymnasium
  *All dance instructors will be available for
   questions on Registration day
  *9:00-10:30 a.m.- Returning Students may
   register (includes Fall/Spring 2009/2010)
  *11:00-Noon - New Students may register
   (includes Summer 2010 program)
  *After Sept. 11 - Registration will be at the
   Fort Parks & Rec. Office

Registration Notes:
 
*You may register for your immediate family only
   on Sept. 11.  Any registrations received that day
   from people who are not present to register will
   be treated as a mail-in registration and recorded
   after all Saturday in-person registration is
   completed.
  *Dance class fees may be divided up into 2 payments
    (Aug '10 & Jan '11).
  *There is an additional $25 costume fee to be paid up front - for every class your child is in.  If your child WILL NOT be performing in the year end recital, let us know during registration and you will not be charged for a costume.
  *New & Used Dance Clothes will be available for
   purchase.  If you wish to sell any used items, please stop by the Parks & Rec. Office by Sept. 1 to have items properly tagged and recorded.
